A milestone for 9Yaps! We're excited to share that 9Yaps is now a federally registered trademark® with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
After extensive research and a commitment to learning the trademark process, our founder, Nicholas Eisengrein, successfully registered the 9Yaps® trademark entirely on his own. With guidance from Morgan Bierbrunner from Rush Power, Nicholas was able to save both time and money by handling the application himself, showing that with the right resources and persistence, other entrepreneurs can do the same.
